The challenge
Renting a van meant checking ten websites.
Movers and small businesses had no single place to compare utility-vehicle prices and availability. Rental companies, meanwhile, were stuck with legacy ERPs that couldn't publish live inventory anywhere.
What we did
Product, tech and acquisition — by the same team.
- 01Built the comparator with live prices and availability from major rental companies.
- 02Connected rental ERPs over XML (Jimpisoft, Hitechsoftware My Rentcar) and acted as broker and technical provider.
- 03Signed partnerships with rental companies in France, Italy, Spain and the UK, including Sixt.
- 04Drove acquisition through SEO and paid search, applying the metasearch playbook from Odigeo and Booking.com.
The result
Acquired by Free2Move in 2022.
Free2Move said the acquisition helped it extend commercial-vehicle rental to private and B2B customers. We stayed on to develop and maintain Free2Move's rental platform until 2024.
